The PAINTERS, SCULPTORS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, JEWELERS, CERAMICISTS, PRINTMAKERS, ILLUSTRATORS, VIDEOGRAPHERS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, TOY MAKERS, FASHION DESIGNERS & BOOKBINDERS of 1890 Bryant Studios were out in force during ArtSpan's citywide celebration of the creative 💜 of the Mission.

Last September, the Sausalito Center for the Arts presented the work of 39 artists from 1890 Bryant Street Studios in their spacious gallery building in downtown Sausalito.
It was a first for 1890 Bryant, and a rare opportunity to experience the boundless creativity of this community from San Francisco’s Mission in a single room.

Neighbors, friends, collectors, and visitors to our neighborhood turned out to meet the artists, see their creative process up close, and (yay!) buy art directly from the source. We also presented some awesome demonstrations by the artists throughout the weekend.
100+ Artists in 1 Iconic Building

The artists of 1890 Bryant hosted their Holiday Sale again! There was gift-sized art for everyone’s shopping pleasure.

Featured was the work of 40 artists throughout our studio building – we’re talking jewelry, letterpress, fine art, wearable art, treats, prints, ceramics and more.

Located within the Inner Mission District and neighbors to the SOMA District, 1890 Bryant Street Studios has established itself as one of the premier artist buildings in the Bay Area.

Residing in the iconic former Best Food Mayonnaise Factory, over 100 diverse artists represent a community of seasoned artisans and makers whose work reflects decades of practice and mastery combined with dynamic talented newcomers to San Francisco.
